Directions for Use

Aromatic Use: Place three to four drops of Shinrin-Yoku essential oil blend in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical Use: Dilute one drop of Shinrin-Yoku oil blend in 10 drops of carrier oil and apply to the desired area.
