Rosemary is an aromatic, evergreen shrub whose leaves are frequently used to flavour foods such as stuffing, pork, roast lamb, chicken, and turkey. Long revered, Rosemary was considered sacred by the ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hebrew cultures. Rosemary’s herbaceous and energising scent is frequently used in aroma and massage therapy.

Cooking with Rosemary
Uses
- Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to warm, bottled water or juice and drink or add to cooking.
- When making bread or sweets, adding a small amount adds flavor and aroma.

- Smelling essential oils can help you feel better.

How Does it Work?
Rosemary is a perennial herb from the mint family. Its leaves are evergreen and look similar to needles. It has small flowers that come in white, pink, purple or blue. The essential oil comes from steam distilling the leaf and stem of the rosemary plant.
