Echinacea, also known as the 'purple coneflower', has long been utilised for wellness. Similar to Ylang Ylang, Echinacea essential oil is high in germacrene-D and beta-caryophyllene. The uses and applications of echinacea date back to early indigenous peoples who cherished and celebrated the capabilities of the flower.
