A tall perennial plant, Lemongrass has a light citrus flavor and is used in Asian cuisine to prepare soups, teas, curries, and dishes with fish, poultry, meat, and seafood. doTERRA Lemongrass has the herbaceous and citrus aroma of Lemongrass and helps promote a positive outlook. Add 1 drop to water or juice. Also use in recipes for various foods and beverages.
