dōTERRA Smart & Sassy® TrimShake (Vanilla)
doTERRA Smart & Sassy TrimShake is a supplement with balanced nutrients, suitable to replace up to two meals a day and assist in weight loss diets. It is enriched with lipids, carbohydrates and proteins, besides the source of 19 vitamins and minerals in the ideal quantity and high quality to replace, in an appropriate and low calorie way, a meal (it offers only 215 Kcal in 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk) when compared to a conventional meal. It contains fiber capable of delaying the feeling of satiety and thus reducing appetite.

Directions for Use
Dilute 26 g (1 scoop) in 300 ml of semi-skim milk and mix in a blender, shaker, or blender.
For Weight Loss: Replace two of three main meals daily.
For Weight Management: replace only one main meal daily.
For Weight Gain: Add up to two shakes to the daily menu.
