Clary Sage
Salvia sclarea
Clary Sage is a perennial and biennial herb, meaning that it takes 24 months to complete its biological cycle and can reach a height of almost 2 meters. The main chemical component of Clary Sage is linalyl acetate, part of the ester group, which makes doTERRA Clary Sage essential oil one of the most unique available. In the Middle Ages, this plant was often used to benefit the skin. Inhaling Clary Sage promotes feelings of relaxation.

Uses
- Apply 3 to 5 drops of Clary Sage essential oil to the abdomen for a relaxing massage.
- Combine with Roman Chamomile and add to the water in your bathtub for a relaxing bath.

- Combine withTERRA Carrier Oil to massage and help soften the skin.
