Directions for Use
Inhalation:
- Add 5-10 drops in a vaporiser and inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes
- Add 5-10 drops to hot water and inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes
- Add 2 drops onto a tissue, hold near the nose and inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes.
Use up to 2 times per day or as needed.
