Copaiba essential oil comes from a fragrant tropical tree native to South America which can grow upwards of more than 30 metres. Since the 16th century, copaiba essential oil has been utilised in traditional health practices by the natives of north and northeastern Brazil. Copaiba oil is widely used in cosmetic products including soaps, creams, lotions, and perfumes. Apply topically combined with a carrier oil or a facial moisturiser to help support healthy-looking skin.

Copaiba: A Personal Fragrance

Use Copaiba as part of your own, personalised fragrance! Oils that blend well with Copaiba essential oil include Roman Chamomile, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Frankincense, or Ylang Ylang. Choose your favourite of these oils, or pick your own, and create your own personal fragrance blend in a roller bottle! After you’ve created your fragrance, simply fill the rest of the bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Uses

  • Add Copaiba to your daily moisturiser to enhance the appearance of healthy-looking skin.
  • After strenuous activity, apply Copaiba with Fractionated Coconut Oil to the legs for a soothing massage.
  • Add one to two drops to water, tea or food.
  • Diffuse aromatically to create a calming atmosphere.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical Use: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to desired area.
Food Flavour: Add one or two drops to food.
